Loading the DL model

How can I download the model commandNet.mat. I have tried this load('commandNet.mat') command but it is not working

You will need to find an example that uses this file and use the Open in MATLAB Online or Copy Command workflows to download the example script and all the supporting files to your MATLAB instance.
