I have recently been having an issue where I have blurry plots. I'm wondering if it could be because I'm on a Macbook. Here is a picture of the plots.

It's not because you are on a Macbook.

Macbook do not use iOS.

You could experiment with turning GraphicsSmoothing off; https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/creating_plots/using-graphics-smoothing.html

There are so many possibilities here, and you haven't really provided any specific info except that you are on a Macbook (and originally that you were using iOS, but then you deleted that).
Is it only MATLAB that is affected? Is it all MATLAB plots, or only some? etc.
Assuming that it is only MATLAB, I would try the following, in order ...
