How can I analyze bode plot of proposed designed controller in Simulink?

Hi,

I want to compare PI and MPC controllers frequency response with my open loop frequency response data.

To be clear I took open loop frequency response with frequency analyzer and my plant in real time i.e. physically.

Now I am taking the response in real time but my frequency analyzer is not working, the issue is with frequency analyzer it's input to the plant is very noisy.

I designed both PI and MPC controllers in MATLAB and simulink.

Is there any wasy to construct bode plot in closed loop configuration?

I know there are few examples on MATLAB to construct bode plot but they show only open loop responses I want to do in close loop.
