cufflinks command not found

Hello,
I tried running the following cuffling command and recieved this error mesage (see below). Does anyone have an idea how to overcome this?
I'm using Matlab 2024a prerelease.
[gtfs,isofpkm,genes,skipped] = cufflinks(sams,cflOpt);
Error using cufflinks (line 69)
The following error(s) and/or warning(s) were found while running 'cufflinks':
'zsh:1: command not found: cufflinks

Do you have bioinformatics toolbox?

Yes, I have.I had to copy the contents of this package from another mac that I have since for some reason it is not downloading well on this mac. This approach has worked well for the bowtie2 support package.

It something to do with the install. It's saying completed but not really installing. Ended up copying it from another computer.

Most of the cases, installation process starts with some downloads and them extraction, and then actual installation. Maybe you need to re-start your pc and start fresh.
The last resort if the problem is consistent, is reach out to MathWOrks staff.

Restarted my mac severla times since. Even switched Matlab versions.

I ended up installing this package from my other computer where the installation was successful and it works.
