Function diagnostics for hmcsampler issue

I want to use the diagnostics function https://uk.mathworks.com/help/stats/hamiltoniansampler.diagnostics.html but I get the error

"Unrecognized function or variable 'diagnostics'."

Does anyone know what's the reason and/or what needs to be done to fix this?

You can make sure that all the required toolboxes are installed correctely by running this command in your MATLAB command window:

>> ver
