problem with transmission block simscape

Hello, I'm modelling a vehicle transmission with the block "transmission" that you can find in simscape. It's an 8 speed transmission, I set the logic to change gear, but the vehicle stops at 2 km/h. If I use a simple gear with a certain gear ratio it works. If i keep the transmission connected and i increase by 100 times the inertia of the engine it slowly accelerate. what I should check, is there a recent example where the transmission block is used? thank you
