Error occured when evaluating Apply Callback

While performing coverage analysis, I tend to apply justitifications for blocks that cannot be triggered and recently with this one file I get this error as shown in the picture.

These are the errors that I get. It's weird because the other files that i work with the same kind of coverage, works perfectly alright.

Can you share more details about the model or the model file through the attachments so I can try to reproduce the issue at my end?
