在GUI编译后 axes data tip toolbar 消失

使用的是R2023a version，在debug过程中是可以显示data tip，但在编译后发现data tip在toolbar中消失。

I understand that the data tips are not being displayed after the app is deployed. This was a known issue and has been fixed in the R2023b release of MATLAB.
