Keyboard access to parameter values in Simscape Block Parameters

Is there a way to use keyboard only to access the parameter values in Simscape Block Parameters?

E.g., in this sequence:

1. Add a resistor: type Ctrl-. Ctrl-., "Resistor", <ENTER>

2. Open Simscape Block Parameters dialog box: <ENTER>

I can use <TAB> and the arrow keys to move around the parameter names, and I can open and close the parameter trees, but nothing gets me to the entry box for the parameter value -- I have to use the mouse for that. This picture shows the parameter name "Resistance" having focus; how do I get to the entry box from here?

My desire is to add and setup parameters of a number of components with the keyboard only, and afterwards use the mouse to arrange and connect them.

This is possible with Simulink blocks (at least, for the simpler ones).

I'm using Microsoft Windows 11.

Hey Rory,

Currently there is no way to navigate from parameter names to their corresponding value fields only by using a keyboard.

I’m afraid you will have to use a mouse for that!
