That works, but there is an issue if the comment parts when that part is uncommented when running the code and adding a new song. It will add the song and all the songs already in the Excel file example. If they are 20 songs stored and you add one new song, the number of songs will become 41. Why does this happen? And how can I fix it?

Fixed. Added an index counter that will add a row to the matrix "SongData" and append the last row to the excel file each time. This will help with your Edit and Delete as you will just have to find the index in SongData that you want to edit or delete and perform the operation to SongData. You will then want to use writecell(SongData,'Music_Database.xlsx') after editing or deleting which will overwrite all of the data in the excel file with the contents of SongData.

Indices allow you to access the data in a vector or matrix. This is very basic, I would recommend doing a MATLAB coding course on YouTube or reviewing documentation in MathWorks help.
