Joint Probability Density estimation function

I am facing problem in determining the joint probability density function. Which i want to use in Partial Mutual Information (PMI) method.
I want to determine joint probability density function fxy(x,y). I have tried many times, but still not getting the exact solution.

The information you give is insufficient to get help - even if some participants in the forum knew PMI.

I am looking for a ready-made function file for joint PDF. Is that possible to find it?

Search the excellent File Exchange for everything you need but cannot find in your matlab-installation!
Here's what comes up when searching for "Partial Mutual Information": Partial+Mutual+Information.

I appreciate your efforts.
I already searched for this method, but instead of Partial Mutual Information (PMI), i got Mutual Inforamation (MI) method only. And that is not sufficient.
Though I got one PMI code but its written in fortran, and that is not compitable with MATLAB. I have been searching it for a long time.

Tha's a bummer. Since I got "a couple of screens" worth of hits with the search I lazily thought that "surely at least a couple would fit". Now I move the answer and our comments to comments to the question such that it doesn't dissapear...
