HMM training

Hello, I am new to HMM toolbox. I read the functions provided in HMM toolbox for Matlab. I had a question regarding data training using HMM.

My question is: If I have some feature vector that define a state. Say, vector is represented as [2, 1.2, 4, 5.6]. There are 10 such vector for 10 states. Can I insert these feature vector directly into emission matrix for training. And can this feature vector also be used as sequence when I am testing using hmmtrain or hmmestimate.

please help me this, i shall be really grateful. Thanks in advance.
