How can I resolve the error message "Solution code is required" when submitting code on MATLAB Grader?

I am trying to complete my assignment on a MATLAB Grader course, however, when I submit my answer code I am instead greeted with the following error message:

Solution code is required

I also receive this error message when I try to run my answer code.

My colleagues are not experiencing this issue, and I have not experienced this previously, but it now happens on any question.

How can I resolve this?
