Problem while usinge UNET

Hello, I am trying to build up an UNET, but it is givinge me this error, i dont know what to change .. pls help me :)

My data is in two folders, but what do they mean with response size ??

The response size is the size of the target data. I see this error when trying to train a regression network and the network's output size does not match the size of the target data. You will need to add or configure layers such that the images propagated through your network end up with size [1,1,2] - a simple way to do this might be to add a fullyConnectedLayer(2) before the output regressionLayer as this will "flatten" the 256x256x2 images into 1x1x2 via the standard fully connected layer operation (a matrix multiply plus a bias).
