How to do sum for 3D matrix using for loop

I have 3D matrix with size (2501*90*5). Now I awnt to sum using for loop by taking 2D matrix 2501*90 for 5 times. Like, first it will start with taking 2501*90 *1 and do sum and so on.
How to do that.
Please help me to solve this.

Do you want to add all (5) 2501*90 matrices? Or perform any other sum operation?
