How to hide sheet of excel file with matlab?

I want to hide some sheets of my excel file through matlab. Kindly help me out.

Hi Suraj,

Can you explain little bit more about your requirement? What did you mean when you said that you want to hide the Excel sheet? did you mean that you have multiple sheets in Excel file and you want to change the active sheet to something else ? or you want to encrypt the file itself so that others cannot view them? Please explain your complete use case.

Excel = actxserver('Excel.Application'); WB = invoke(Excel.Workbooks,'open', theFileName); WB.Worksheets.Item(1).Visible = 'xlSheetHidden'; WB.Worksheets.Item(1).Visible = 'xlSheetVisible';
