Stateflow graphical function does not show function definition in upper left corner of subchart view

Hello,
I have a somewhat strange question regarding Stateflow graphical functions.
My work involves usage of Matlab on a restricted network, so unfortunately I cannot provide an exact screenshot here.
We have a Stateflow implementation that includes a variety of graphical functions displayed as subcharts. At the upper level, all graphical functions display the function definition in the upper left corner of each block. At the subchart level for each block, almost all of these functions continue to show that same function definition in the upper left corner. When I add a new graphical function subchart, I see this same behavior.
However, we have a single legacy graphical function that does NOT display the function definition at the subchart level. Unfortunately the originator has since retired, and I have been unable to replicate its formatting. I have attached an image to try to show what I'm seeing in the block in question relative to stock graphical functions.
I am wondering whether there is a setting change (or something similar) that could cause this display change. The block is part of delivered software, so I don't want to simply replace it if there's a functional reason for its display style. We now use Matlab 2019b, but we were using 2014b when the block in question was originally added.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

After discussing with a MathWorks representative, the issue is simply due to formatting - the font size setting for the graphical function had been shrunk to 2, which made the function signature disappear in the subchart view. Changing the font size (right click --> Font Size) back to 12 made the function signature reappear. No functionality impact.
