I am developing a ML model while using the online version of matlab it's pretty slow so i want to try the cloud versions.
can we matlab on cloud platforms?

Yes, there are cloud platform options for running MATLAB. I suggest taking a look at this documentation to get started.
(FYI, that page was the first hit when I googled MATLAB cloud.)

You can run MATLAB on cloud platforms, but you must check your license agreements for the support.
