why current measurement block in simulink is not getting connected with components?

I'm new to simulink. Some components are seeming to be incompatible with each other. I'm completely clueless about it. I'm not able to connect current measurement block in simulink. Please anyone help me with this.. This completely frustrating..

Where did you find that Current Measurement block? It's likely from the Simscape library, which doesn't connect directly to Simulink. To interface these two products, you need to use specific blocks to go from Simscape to Simulink and vice versa.

If this isn't close to the issue you're seeing, maybe a screenshot of your model may be helpful?
