How to calculate backfill volume of point cloud (between two surface) with covering plan ?

Excuse me everyone, I have point cloud with x,y,z data. I want to find the backfill volume between the plan x-y (z==5) and my point cloud data. my point cloud data consist of valley and peak, I will show in the figure below. how can I solve this problem ?
