neural network with complex inputs

hello every one i want to create neural network that have two inputs vector all elements in this two vectors are complex (real and imaginary ) and the desired outputs are two vectors all elements is random 1and -1 numbers , please can you help me , if any one have simple program about this idea ,this is my email :[e-mail]
