Here is the code:

The error:

That call appears to be in the example Detect, Classify, and Track Vehicles Using Lidar so using it requires having the Lidar Toolbox licensed and installed. Also see Unrecognized field name ptCloudData and How to detect 2D objects in LiDAR data that both deal with similar problems. (I do not have the Toolbox, so this is based on my search.)
