What version MATLAB can i run?

hi, i'm helping my friend use matlab and i'm confused to determine which version of matlab is suitable for her pc

here her spec:

Win 10 x64bit

Intel Celeron N4000, 2CPUs, ~1,1 GHz

RAM= 4GB

Intel UHD Graphics 600, 2GB

Given those specs looks like any recent release will be ok.

Note: with that memory limit, it would not be advisable to run much in the way of Simulink.
