you can use subplot. i dont have your data. here is a demo example.

subplot(2,1,1);
x = linspace(0,10);
y1 = sin(x);
y2 = cos(x);
plot(x,y1,x,y2)
legend('sin(x)','cos(x)')
title('plot of sin(x) & cos(x)')
xlabel('Time')
