voltage estimation with consensus algorithm

I am trying to write a matlab code for consensus algorthim for voltage buses in DC microgrid. I found a paper that use voltage estimation with consensu algorthim as shown in picture and I am trying to program this equation but I do not now why there is the same parameter inside the integral (Vavgi), and how to implement this as a matlab code? any idea for this?
