Network Traffic Modelling using 5G toolbox

Hi all,

I need some guidance for the traffic simulation using 5G toolbox. I am unable to find any explanation regarding the examples available. It would be really helpful if someone could guide me through.

Hi,

I understand that you would like to know more about Traffic Modelling support in 5G Toolbox.

For 5G system level simulations, the following traffic models are supported –

• FTP (https://www.mathworks.com/help/5g/ref/networktrafficftp.html)
• On/Off (https://www.mathworks.com/help/5g/ref/networktrafficonoff.html )
• Videoconferencing (https://www.mathworks.com/help/5g/ref/networktrafficvideoconference.html)
• VoIP (https://www.mathworks.com/help/5g/ref/networktrafficvoip.html)

In the example below, on/off traffic model is used to evaluate the 5G NR cell performance. You could modify the example to use any of the traffic models mentioned above.
