How to store data in cell array?

I have data from serial port, after I done my code it save like this.

and the data in {1,1} is like this.

Instead of the data store like 512x1 double, I want the data store like {1,1} until {512,1}. And I also want the data to store like odd data store in {1,1} and even data store in {1,2} so it have two data only and lastly I want to plot the data.

Hope you guys can help me, this is for my fyp.

Just traspose the cell array, let's data is a cell array then-

new_data=data'

It become like this.

It is true I want like this but instead of data store in 512x1 double, I want data store like {1,1} until {512,1} and {513,1} continue until the last data.
