How to implement my Matlab generated C code in a secondary IDE?

I'm generating C code via Matlab Coder and I want to implement it in an IDE, but I don't know how to do that. Matlab generates a lot of files and I don't know which one to use.
I'm using Dev C++ to create my C code.
