How can I read off weather data from website and plot these as Temperature, Dew Point and RH over time in (Month, day and time)?

How can I read off weather data from website and plot these as Temperature, Dew Point and RH over time in (Month, day and time)? The daily weather website is here Weather History & Data Archive | Weather Underground (wunderground.com) and is there a possibility to also read it off directly form the website? or does it need to be transferred to excel or txt? How can the time be determined as HH:MM:SS with corresponding date?
