Can protected models be linearized?

I have a protected model with access only to the input which I can set as the Input Perturbation and the output which I can set as the Output Measurement.

I've tried the Model Linearizer but it does not work.

Can protected models be linearized?

I have a similar problem. Linearization on the original unprotected model works fine. But when performing the same linearization with the same I/O points (outside the protected model block), I get the following error:

Assertion failed.
