color a specific node in phylogeny tree

I have a phylogey tree,
tr = phytreeread('pf00002.tree') h = plot(tr)
by default all nodes are blue - I would like to color a specific node, blue. or an spefici edge gree. I can do these things from the GUI - but I would like to code it.
