Plot fitting curve (x,y) in 3D (x,y,z)

Hello!
I use the fit funciton several times on (x , y) data. Therefore I got several fitting functions. I would like to plot them in the space, as in the image below. Is there a way to do so?

One option is the waterfall plot.
