Start Geoscience with MATLAB

Good Evening, Im a physcis student, but now i want to study on geoscience and particularly using MATLAB to help me to integrating all my physics background into analyzing, visualizing, etc. with geoscience case. Is there any advice where to start into this field? thx in advance
