how to do a linear fitting to 3D plot?

I made a plot of 3 vectors v1,v2,v3 by the function plot3(v1,v2,v2,'bo'), and i want to do a linear fitting to plot. how do i make it? i want to do it threw the script, and not by using the cftool. thank you
