lead acid battery simulink

Good Day; I simulated a lead battery with help of this paper ''A simple, Effective Lead-Acid Battery Modeling Process for Electrical System Component Selection'' but the simulation doesn't work correctly. I hope somebody can help me with the .slx file. Thanks
