Default varm function not working

Hi,
When I try to set up a default VAR model as below following this instructions (https://www.mathworks.com/help/econ/varm.estimate.html) I get the following error 'Undefined function 'varm' for input arguments of type 'double'.'
Mdl = varm(2,4)
Does anyone know why this is?
