Does MATLAB work in Windows 8???

I have both windows 32bit & 64bit MATLAB R2007A and MATLAB 2011aw but when i am trying to install te 2011 there was no response after the running the setup file and when am trying the 2007 it shows me the installation part but after filling the Name and Organization and PLP (i have genuine licence)next tab is not possessing why?
Does MATLAB work in Windows 8???
