is it possible to get phase lead compensator like z^N (N>0) in simulink?

Hi,

I tried the lead-lag compensator but the phase lead is normally 30 degree which is too less for me. I'm trying to find a 340 degree lead compensator or to say -20 degree. Does anyone have good idea?
