M-file version of Woltring's Bspline algorithm (or similar)

I need an m-file version of a really good bspline alogorithm that allows me to vary the order from linear through 4th order and to either provide smoothing parameter explicitly or employ GCV. I am running MatLab 2007. Anyone have such a beastie?

Many of these File Exchange contribution functions will likely work with R2007. Search through them to find the one that most closely fits your requirements.

thanks. i looked thruogh what's there but those functions are all incomplete in tht they either require compiled c code (not an option), or a toolbox that I don't have.
