Plot scatterplot showing row and column numbers

Hi,

A=[1.0 0.7 0.6 0.5
   0.8 1.0 0.5 0.1
   0.2 0.3 1.0 0.2
   0.1 0.8 0.6 1.0];

I need to plot a scatter

   X    Y
  A(2,1) A(1,2)
  A(3,1) A(1,3)
  A(4,1) A(1,4)

. . likewise, But I need to show numbers in the scatterplot as row and col. Can somebody suggest me a way to do it?
