Polynomial models -- System identification toolbox

In the System Identification Toolbox, the Polynomial Models (ARX) "Order Selection" tool (which evaluates multiple models) doesn't work -- it always instantly returns with all models set to 100% variance.
This happens on both a linux and windows machine. Why might that be?

What do you mean by 100% variance?
I just tried it in R2014a using example data set (Click on "Import Data" and select last option, "Example").
I get this:
so seems to work fine.

Isn't a service contract required to contact Technical Support? I don't have one.

If you license is not under service maintenance, I can still look into your issue, but to troubleshoot I need to be able to replicate it. You can either provide your data or make up the data that you can share that still exhibits the issue. Feel free to email the data directly to me if you do not want to post it here.

we want to estimate transfer function of boost converter from time domain data in system identification tools.is it possible?When i load time domain data in sys ident tools and click to estimate sys shows it is impossible to estimate time domain data
