i need a help : Plot in matlab

I have 1 question i want to draw a plot in matlab with y (on the left) is gold price and y (on the right) is USD. Can you help me. This is my data and picture (like Fig 1 - page 2669 - file pdf: P3 Is gold a safe haven). Thank you very much
