MATLAB font size, icon and everything get very small on laptop with high resolution

I am using a win8 laptop with screen resolution at 3200 X 1800 (windows recommended resolution). Unfortunately, font size, app icons, everything in matlab all become very small on this new laptop. Is there anything I can adjust to make them look normal? Thanks!

There is a workaround now available in R2015a release of MATLAB that partially resolves the issues with blurriness and resizing of the MATLAB Desktop on Windows platform. The workaround patch can be downloaded from Bug Report ID 1054442.
