What does this value mean ?

Hi everyone, I got this value (-3,68E-05) while analysing some data, I'd like to know what does it mean.

MATLAB sets the values to period "." for decimal point, but I am wondering if your program sets up the output to display the decimal point as a comma like some locals like Europe. Otherwise, I would agree with Mr. Walter Robinson's comment about the interpretation of your data.
