Why has Statistical Toolbox disappeared?

I currently purchased a Student Suite Version of Matlab 2014a which has the Statistical Toolbox in the package. But because I want some curve fitting , I bought the Curve Fitting Toolbox. After installation of the curve fitting toolbox, my statistical toolbox disappeared. Can you please explain why this happened? How can I make it re-appear. Cheers.

Ideally this shouldn't occur unless you unchecked Statistics Toolbox while installing. Take a look at what you obtain when you type VER at the Command Prompt. Try reinstalling the Statistics Toolbox again if you don't find it in the VER output. Else you may want to write to MathWorks Support at [e-mail]
