How do I measure distance of different points of an image in matlab 2009, i.e. nose, lips or chin

some one please help me. I need the codes for measuring distance of different points of an image (human face) in matlab 2009, i.e. Nose, lips or Chin. I have to measure the distance between two points of a nose automatically and need a code which can help me to detect the nose of a bmp image from a database. please help me to do this.
