How can I install Builder EX Function wixard ?

I try to install Matlab Builder EX Function wizard and it returns an error : "Cannot run the macro "C:\Program\Files\Matlab\R2014a\toolbox\matlabxl\matlabxl\win64\FunctionWizard.xla'!LoadMXL' The macro may not be available in this workbook or all the macros may be disabled."

However, I've already set the security settings to "Enable all macros" and "Trust access to the VBA project object model".

Also, I've checked that I have permissions to the folder where the add-in is located.

Same scenario with R2013b
