About fuzzy logic controller input

Dear friend

FLC controller can be created using FIS editor but once it is created people use it with simulink. My question is whether we can apply inputs to this controller from matlab file. You know that bigger code can not be written in the maltab embedded function of simulink.

Can the inputs be applied to FLC from the matlab file?
