Image Insertion in a simulation

Hi I have code which runs a few simulink models and simulates the response of it in a GUI Display file. The output of the simulation is a linear varying response which depends on the inputs. Now lets consider an example of a car mechanism. The input is acceleration and the output is wheel speeed. The graph represents the speed response which varies in with respect to the input acceleration provided. Now i want to insert image of the car at the tip of the output response which also moves as the output varies in this response or the graph which is getting displayed. Is it possible. Could you help me out with necessary code to be provided to insert an image in the simulation.
