Which DSP Boards are compatible with MATLAB for Digital Image Processing?

Hi, I am working on my Final Year Project based on vehicle control using eyeball tracking. I want to use DSP board for signal processing, interfaced with webcam. Please suggest me such a DSP board which is compatible with MATLAB and easily available in Pakistan in reasonable price.
